Where Am I - In The Real World?
About Me

In 1986, a man was born with the skills and attention to detail needed to methodically test video games and search out bugs which could otherwise make your game unplayable. Today, still wanted by many companies, he lives as a contract video game tester. If you have a game, if no one else can test it, and if I'm available, maybe you can hire... Me.

What I'm Playing
  • Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (PS4)
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (PS4)
    Ubisoft

Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag begins in 1715, when pirates established a lawless republic in the Caribbean and ruled the land and seas. These outlaws paralyzed navies, halted international trade, and plundered vast fortunes. They threatened the power structures that ruled Europe, inspired the imaginations of millions, and left a legacy that still endures.

  • The LEGO Movie: Videogame (PS4)
    The LEGO Movie: Videogame (PS4)
    Warner Bros Entertainment Limited

In a scenario drawn from the film, The LEGO Movie Videogame puts you into the role of Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person--and the key to saving the world. Guide him as he is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.

In The LEGO Movie Videogame you will be able to collect and use LEGO instruction pages to build construction sets or harness the awesome power of the Master Builders to virtually build extraordinary LEGO creations along the way. With more than 90 characters inspired by the film and 15 exciting levels, you can build and adventure like never before.

With Great Power...

As Ben Parker once said "with great power comes great reponsibilty". I've recently registered myself as a self employed games tester and Freelance Writer, and with that "great power" comes the responsibilty of getting myself some paid work.

There are a few things on the horizon in regards to work so I'm hoping that in a few days I'll be able to post some more information about that. I'm currently testing some games that I can't talk about but rest assured, the minute I can, I will. I'm also working on some pitch ideas for various websites and magazines so, I'm hoping, in the near future I'll also be able to update this website with details on those too.

Basically what I'm saying is keep an eye on this website, I'm confident in my abilities as a writer and a games tester so I'm sure the relevent sections will be filling up with a multitude of information over the coming months. If you'd like to hire me as a games tester, either on a long or short term basis, then get in contact using the "Ask A Question" page from the banner at the top. If you've seen my work on GamersNext.com and are interested in me writing an article or two for your website/publication then get in touch aswell. I'm always up for getting my name out there and getting you some good quality content aswell.

Keep coming back too, as well as updating the website with my work and using it as a platform for self employment, I'm also a very opinionated person. I'll often go on rants that are enjoyable to read (or so I've been told), and this is my platform for that too. For now, however, I'll let you get back to your internet browsing, you've probably got better things to do than listen to me drone on.

Talk some other time...
